2010 - Glenshant Hill - 1 dog assisted Strathclyde Police and Arran MRT after lights were spotted on Glenshant Hill, Glen Rosa, Isle of Arran. Searches and enquiries carried out through night and following day but nothing was found and search stood down.

06 CALL OUTS    Total (2010)  54

2010 - Kirkcaldy -  1 dog assisted Fife Constabulary in the search of a wooded area near Kirkcaldy for a missing 14 year old boy with learning difficulties. Handler stood down on route to scene after the boy was found safe and well.

2010 - Falkirk - 2 dogs assisted Central Scotland Police in the search for a missing suicidal male in the Falkirk area. Searches carried out along river banks and woodland areas over 2 days. Stood down with nothing found.

2010 - Melrose - 1 Dog assisted Lothian and Borders Police along with dog teams from SARDA Lakes and Scotland in the search for a suicidal 40 year old male from the Melrose area. Wooded areas searched, however, search stood down after person was found.

2010 - St Andrews - 2 dogs assisted Fife Constabulary in the search for 2 missing children in the St Andrews area. The dog handler was stood down whilst on route after the children were located on a golf course by searchers.

2010 - Falls of Dochart - 2 dogs assisted Central Scotland Police and Killin MRT in searching the banks of the River Dochart at Killin after a report was received about a person climbing over the bridge parapet and disappearing into the Falls of dochart which was in spate after several days of heavy rain. Searchers were assisted by Central Scotland Fire and Rescue service, helicopter from HM Gannet and CSP Underwater Search Team. The search continued the following morning but stood down after nothing found and absence of missing person reports.  

2010 - Glenrothes - 1 dog assisted Fife Constabulary along with a dog from SARDA Scotland in the search for a missing suicidal female in the Glenrothes area. Searches carried out around a local golf course but with nothing found the search was stood down.
